2. Ordering and Delivery
All food orders are prepared fresh by our local branches and delivered by registered rider partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on weather, peak volume, or traffic conditions.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to kitchen confirmation. Once food preparation begins, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. In the rare event of quality issues or missing items, contact our support team immediately.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
